How do I upload photos provided by the family to the platform?

Photos can be added in bulk from the ceremony edit screen. One, or an entire folder of photos, can be added using this method.

What internet package is required for this service?

We offer both livestreaming and an on-demand only service for slower internet connections. Contact us at 1-800-410-1883 and we will be glad to help you determine the proper fit for you.

How much effort it required on our part to create and schedule the livestream?

Every effort was taken to make this process as smooth and time efficient as possible. As such, the entire process should take no longer than 5 minutes.

What type of device can the livestream be viewed on?

Many devices are supported such as smartphones (Android and IOS), tablets, iPads, laptop and desktop computers, and Macs.

What internet browsers are supported?

Most browsers are supported, although we recommend Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

If a visitor misses the livestream, can they watch it later on-demand?

Yes, after the livestream has finished, the service will be available on-demand for your viewing at a time of your preference.
